On
receipt of the Immigration Questionnaire and enclosed documents, one of
our consultants will evaluate your information, based on the current immigration
selection criteria and provide you without obligation and with full confidentiality
our evaluation.
FREE EVALUATION (for Canada)
We provide FREE evaluation for
Canada giving you information about the likelihood of success of your
application, our handling fees, in addition to the fees to be paid to
the government.
FEE BASED EVALUATION
(for USA, Australia and New Zealand)
For a non-refundable fee of US $ 50, we will provide you evaluation
regarding your meeting the immigration criteria (for USA Australia and
New Zealand) based on your country of choice.
However, if you wish to have an evaluation for all the countries,
the non-refundable fee is US $ 125.
The fee is to be paid by a Bank Draft drawn on a Bank in Toronto (Canada)

STEP
Based
on the evaluation, if we feel that you may qualify, and you decide to
go ahead, we shall send you an Agreement of Understanding (contract) for
retaining our services. Once you have duly executed the Agreement and
forwarded it with our retainer(fee), we shall forward the immigration
Application form and a list of the documents required to enable you complete
and forward the same to us for filing with the Immigration office that
you have selected.
(IMPORTANT NOTE: No immigration lawyer / consultant can guarantee
the ultimate success of an application since the selection of immigrants
rests solely with the immigration authority, based on the current selection
criteria. However, you can be rest assured that we shall use our best
efforts to assist you based on the information provided by you and the
current immigration criteria.)
