policy, rules and regulations, requirements for visas under
different categories.
DO
YOU NEED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE TO FILE AN APPLICATION?
The answer to that question
is No! However, no matter what country you wish to migrate
to and what type of category you wish to apply under,
the information provided by the governments' immigration departments
is quite exhaustive and can be, for some, intimidating and difficult
to apply to their individual circumstances.
It is possible that some
persons can follow the information and file the immigration
application for themselves, but it can be quite complicated.
The immigration acts and
regulations are a complex set of rules, which are subject
to interpretation by visa officers, who, by law, are the only
persons authorized to issue visas to persons who wish to migrate,
live or work. Immigration authorities also demand a person
make a choice as to the category in which he/she will apply.
